| When I returned home to Lackawanna after 10 years of training throughout the world, I was so proud to have an opportunity to carry on in the footsteps of my grandfather Curly and father Paul.
Also, I realized that it is my entire family of six brothers & sisters,
and my mother who should be recognized...I would like to acknowledge my
husband Kirk, who was raised in Angola, Indiana, for his culinary expertise
which has made Curly's what it is today. |
